For thousands of years, people have incorporated medicinal herbs in their lives. Herbs can play a crucial role in creating robust health. In this class, we will focus on locally farmed and wild foraged herbs that can be used in our everyday meals. 

I will share how to best set up your kitchen so that you can access medicinal herbs on a daily basis and incorporate them into your meal plan. Learn which herbs you can easily grow in your home and garden.

  • Infusions vs Decoctions
  • Vinegar Extractions
  • Flavored Oils
  • How to use Medicinal Mushrooms and their benefits.
