Cooking Class: Spring Nourishment

May in Maine is a time of celebration. The snow is gone and the landscape begins to burst with fresh shoots and tender greens. Learn to make simple, health minded recipes utilizing foods grown and raised on the Maine landscape.

In this class you will learn to make and eat:

  • Dandelion Detox Elixir
  • Parsnip Noodles w/ herbs, flowers, and olive oil
  • Seasonal Seafood Stew
  • Springy Steak Salad

When: Saturday, May 17nd @ 4pm

Where: Cape Elizabeth, Maine

Cost: $50 per person

All classes include recipes to take home and a communal dinner.
