Do you want to write a cookbook? With over 20 years in the food industry, I draw from a wide range of culinary experiences, to create delicious recipes for your first or next cookbooks. Taking a farm-to-table approach to recipe development, I will work with the seasons and the many regions of the world to craft recipes that are approachable, using ingredients that are widely accessible to all.  

Let's chat discuss your goals and vision for your book or menu. From there, I will work with you to see your vision come to reality. From the initial Mind Map, to the final editing process, I will work with your and your company to put together an award winning collection of recipes!

Private Dinner Parties

Looking to bring a restaurant quality meal to your home? I love having the opportunity to cook for others, especially in their homes, where you can relax and enjoy your company without needing to stress over the food and service. Whether a causal family get together or a intimate dinner party, I feel I shine when I get to cook in such a personal manner. After crafting a menu based on your dietary needs and seasonal availability, I take care of all the shopping and advanced prep work. I'll even choose the wine if you'd like or whip up a specialized cocktail for you and your friends to enjoy. On the day of the party I slip into your kitchen a few hours before your guests arrive and get cooking. 

By the time your guests arrive at the door, your home will be filled with enticing aromas. Without having to worry about the food, you can enjoy cocktails and light snacks while I put the finishing touches on the first course. Once ready, I plate and serve each course. Hey, I'll even describe each dish if you'd like! Once the desserts are served, tidy up the kitchen and head out, leaving you to enjoy the remainder of the night without having a dish to wash up afterwards!

Catering

I provide full-service catering for weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, etc. for up to 150 people and dedicate my love for local and seasonal ingredients to be the highlight of your dinner. Each menu is specially created for your event and I will work around your dietary preferences and requests. Full service catering available, including customized menus; pre-event tastings; event design; coordination of rentals and staffing; onsite set up, plating, and breakdown.
